Q: I can’t find a heater that would match my requirements. Are you able to design a heater according to certain technical specifications?
A: That is what we are here for – please contact us and let’s see what we can do.
Q: I would like to order the heaters with my own brand name and colours. Are you able to change colours and name of the heaters?
A: As long as the order amount is reasonable we can produce the heaters with just about any colour and name. Please contact our sales for further information.
Q: What is the difference between a ThermoBetox and a Talhu Termo heater?
A: There is actually no difference. We manufacture heaters with many different brand names and e.g. ThermoBetox 1200 and Talhu Termo 110 are the same heater as far as technical specifications are concerned.
Q: Can I use only fresh air as intake air?
A: Yes you can but please note that whenever possible it is recommended to use circulated air as intake air as using circulating air saves a lot of energy.
Q: Can I use my electric heater for heating of a hot yoga room?
A: You may have to change the ambient thermostat to reach the desired temperature. Please contact your local representative for purchasing the thermostat. Please also note that after replacing the original thermostat the heater is no longer in accordance with the requirements of e.g. UL certificate and therefore the certificate is not valid anymore.
