REMKO dehumidifiers function as follows:
The recirculation air fan draws the humid room air through the dust filter, evaporator, and downstream condenser. Heat is extracted from the room air on the cold evaporator and cooled below the dew point. The water vapour contained in the room air deposits as condensate or frost on the evaporator fins.
